We are so lucky to have Alfanos in Knoxville. I cant say enough good about this cute little pizza place. The owners are the nicest people, they have a wonderful variety pizzas, subs, pasta, etc and its all good, and their customer service is top notch. Sometimes theyll even leave you a fun note on your pizza box.
